AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

Welcome to Bhomio!

​​These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Fitzel Hospitality LLP (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using Bhomio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all parts and sub-parts of which are specifically incorporated by reference here together with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation vendors, buyers, customers, merchants, browsers, and/or contributors of content.

By using the Platform, you also acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be collected, used, and stored in the manner described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Platform​

You agree to use Bhomio only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to

  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices

  • Disrupting the functionality of our platform

  • Violating the rights of other users or third parties

2. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

3. Bookings and Payments

 

When you make bookings (flights, hotels, or experiences) through Bhomio, you agree to

  • Provide accurate booking information.

  • Pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees.

  • Comply with the terms of airlines, hotels, or local experience providers.

 

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies depend on the travel provider’s rules. Bhomio is not responsible for provider-specific terms. Please review the provider’s cancellation policy before booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

 

You agree not to

  • Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Platform.

  • Post false, misleading, or offensive content.

  • Violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Bhomio does not screen or censor the users who register on and access the Platform. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Bhomio, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and trademarks, are the property of Fitzel Hospitality LLP. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhomio and Fitzel Hospitality LLP are not liable for

  • Errors or interruptions in the Platform.

  • Losses caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, guides, hosts, tour operators).

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

​Bhomio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform or services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bhomio, Fitzel Hospitality LLP, and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
