CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Bhomio acts as an intermediary between you (the traveler) and the professional Local Experience Providers (LEPs), instructors, or guides who organize and provide tours, experiences and activities. When you book through Bhomio, you are entering into a direct agreement with the respective LEP or guide.

Bhomio follows a standard cancellation and refund framework, while also recognizing that refund terms may vary based on regional or activity-specific requirements. Please review the policy below carefully before booking.

Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full Refund (100%)
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the tour/activity start date are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount. -
Partial Refund (50%)
Cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the tour/activity start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount. -
No Refund
Cancellations made within 14 days before the tour/activity start date are not eligible for a refund.

Regional and Activity-Specific Exceptions
Certain regions and activities follow customized cancellation policies as outlined below:

Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the tour/activity start date: 20% cancellation charge (i.e., 80% refund).

Cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the tour/activity start date: 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days before the tour/activity start date: No refund.

Kashmir (Skiing Activities/Experiences)

No refunds are applicable once the booking is confirmed, regardless of the cancellation date.

Additional Terms

Refunds may take up to 10 to 15 working days from the date of cancellation

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee

Traveler Responsibilities
​

The number of travelers/guests must not exceed the count booked. Any additional traveler/guests will incur extra charges.

Travelers must read all terms and conditions, including the cancellation and refund policy, before booking.

Liability and Force Majeure
Bhomio is not liable for any unforeseen events such as natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or any other situation beyond its control. In such circumstances refunds will not be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to modify and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.​​​
