ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST

To request account deletion, please send an email to info@bhomio.com. Ensure the email is sent from your registered email address and includes the following details:

1. Required Information:

​

  • Your registered email ID

  • Confirmation of your request for account deletion

  • Reason for deletion (Optional: to help us improve)

2. Processing Time:


Once we receive your email, your account will be deactivated within 24 hours, and all associated data will be scheduled for permanent deletion. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of the process.

3. Important Notes:

​

  • Users with ongoing or saved travel itineraries are advised to back up their data before submitting the deletion request.

  • Once the account is deleted, all saved trips, plans, and personalizations will be permanently removed and cannot be retrieved.
